How Can I Change My Shipping Address?

By logging into your account you can change your details, including your address. You can also specify a different delivery address when ordering.

Can I track my order?

Of course you can! Once your order has been shipped you will receive a message with a track and trace code.

Why does delivery take a maximum of 5 working days?

We prefer that delivery take a maximum of 5 working days to avoid disappointments. Because we do not have a large storage capacity and offer a fairly large range, we cannot have everything in stock. We are then forced to order more from the wholesaler.

Can I return my order?
